He is 100% needle felted wool and without the use of wire armature!(except his stick).

Needle felting is matting raw wool with a tiny barbed needle. It is a three dimensional art form and is a wonderful medium for sculpting.
My sculptures are delicate pieces of art and are not intended to be a toy for children.
