Berta, original hand made needle felted owl

Needle felted owl - Berta is one of a kind.

She is hand-made from pure sheep wool using a process called needle felting, where wool is sculpted and shaped to create a desired design. My sculptures are made with a combination of different natural wools mainly from Croatia.
Her legs are felted on a wire skeleton so she can be slightly posed.

Lavender buds were felted into the center of the body, then was scented with organic lavender oil.
This cute owl will appeal to everyone and make a great present.

Measures 17 cm high (6,5" ) and 15 cm wide (5,5")


My sculptures are delicate pieces of art and are not intended to be a toy for children.
